This consultation has concluded.

A consultation outcomes report and the final AMPs will be presented to Council. We expect that Council will consider the AMPs for adoption in early 2024.

We want to hear from you.

We want your feedback on the 2023 Draft Asset Management Plans. Your comments will help us focus on the assets that matter most, the amount spent on certain asset groups and when funds are spent.

The City of Unley owns and manages a significant amount of assets that contribute to the look and feel of Unley - and many of these offer benefits or services to our community. We group the assets into four categories:

  • Buildings (eg sports grandstands and community centres)
  • Open Space (eg playgrounds, benches and watering systems)
  • Stormwater infrastructure (eg underground drainage systems and raingardens) and
  • Transport networks (eg footpaths, cycling paths and traffic control devices).

How to have your say.

Please read the Asset Management Plans Summary and complete the short survey below before 5pm, Monday 19 February 2024.

We have recently worked on improving the quality of Council’s asset data and are now ready to update our Asset Management Plans (AMPs).

Drafts of the four AMPs - Buildings, Open Space, Stormwater and Transport - are also available for further reading.

Next steps.
