Each year, the City of Unley prepares an Annual Business Plan and Budget that outlines the services, projects and priorities we will deliver for our community.

The City of Unley invites you to have your say on our:

  • Draft 2026-27 Annual Business Plan and Budget
  • Long-Term Financial Plan 2026-3036
  • Draft Rating Policy

The Draft 2026–27 Annual Business Plan translates the goals of our Community Plan – Towards 2050 and our 4-Year Delivery Plan into actions for the year ahead. It outlines how we will invest in services, infrastructure and initiatives to support our vision of a connected, progressive and resilient City.

This plan reflects the priorities and ideas shaped through ongoing engagement with our community, and aligns with our focus on delivering outcomes across the key areas of Community, Environment, Economy, and Places & Spaces.

We are committed to delivering high-quality services, maintaining and enhancing our infrastructure, and supporting a city where people and environment thrive, opportunities flourish, and our sense of community continues to strengthen.

What we’re asking

We’re inviting you to review the draft plan and share your feedback on:

  • Our proposed priorities, projects and services
  • How we invest in infrastructure, programs and community spaces
  • The proposed budget and impact on rates
  • Whether the plan reflects what matters most to you.
