Business Plan and Budget Survey 2023-24

The Draft Business Plan and Budget provides:

• The proposed objectives for the 2023-24 financial year. These objectives align with the four key themes in the 4 Year Delivery Plan for 2021-2025:

1. Community Living
2. Environmental Stewardship
3. Economic Prosperity and
4. Civic Leadership.

• An overview of the activities and services provided by Council
• Proposed projects, programs and initiatives for 2023-24 including the net expenditure on:
  • Operating Projects of $1.16 million
  • New Capital Projects of $1.74 million
  • Net Capital Renewals of $8.2 million.
• An overview of the proposed income and expenditure for the financial year, and
• An increase in general rates of 4.0%, noting Council will consider the rate increase further in May.
