The Council has taken the opportunity to review its Community Plan. This review coincides with the development of a new 4 Year Delivery Plan which provides focus for priority in program delivery.
The Plans are linked, and outline how council plans to deliver the vision, strategies and outcomes to its Community.
The Community vision will be:
“Our City is recognised for its enviable lifestyle, environment, business strength and civic leadership”
The four key themes with measurable outcomes are:
Community Living
Economic Prosperity
Environmental Stewardship
Civic Leadership
