Consultation has concluded
The City of Unley is developing a new Animal Management Plan to help guide our management of animals in the next five years, while embracing a culture of responsible pet ownership.
The Plan will also ensure that the City of Unley meets its legislative obligation under section 26A of the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 and work in harmony with other potentially impacted plans, including the Community Land Management Plan.
We have undertaken extensive consultation to determine key priorities and also review dog on/off leash times and this feedback has been considered in developing the draft Animal Management Plan. We are now seeking your feedback ahead of finalising the plan and are looking for your views on:
What do you like about the Draft Plan and what can we improve?
What aspects of the Draft Plan do you see as a priority?
What other ideas would you like to share?
Please watch our video, read the Draft Plan and complete the survey below.
