The City of Unley Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget 2021-22 maintains the current level of service delivery and ensures financial sustainability is retained. The Draft Business Plan and Budget provides:

• The proposed objectives for the 2021-22 financial year City of Unley’s Community Plan and 4 Year Delivery Plan for 2021-2025 with its four key themes of:
  • Community Living
  • Environmental Stewardship
  • Economic Prosperity and
  • Civic Leadership.
• An overview of the activities and services provided by Council
• Proposed projects, programs initiatives for 2021-22 including the net expenditure on:
  • Operating Projects of $1.1m
  • New Capital Projects of $3.0 million
  • Capital Renewals of $7.7million
• An overview of the proposed income and expenditure for the financial year
• The proposed general rates increase of one percent above CPI.
