This consultation is now closed. Feedback will be provided to Council for consideration prior to finalisation of the plan.

Each year Council must make important decisions about how to allocate ratepayers' funds to the vast range of programs and services it provides via its Annual Business Plan and Budget.

Before a council adopts this Plan it must prepare a Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget and undertake a public consultation process.

The purpose of the Draft 2021-22 Annual Business Plan and Budget is to impart understanding of:

  • Services provided by the City of Unley
  • Proposed new initiatives and projects, and
  • The Draft budget for 2021-22.

In drafting the Draft 2021-22 Annual Business Plan and Budget, Council seeks to achieve a reasonable degree of rate stability over time while ensuring ratepayers are paying for those services and infrastructure maintenance obligations they require.
