About the survey
Hi! We’re Gagan and Greta, human services and social work students at the University of South Australia, and we’re thrilled to be working on an exciting project to boost individual social support and community involvement for residents at the City of Unley. We are truly passionate about improving wellbeing for older people and can’t wait to get involved with the fantastic social programs offered by the Council.
A key component of our project is to actively engage with the community, particularly individuals who are 65 years of age or older, as well as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People aged 50 and over. We invite you to share your ideas and feedback about the individual social support programs offered by the City of Unley through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
We would love to hear from you, even if you haven’t accessed the programs yet. It is crucial that we hear directly from the community to ensure your perspectives, needs, and experience are represented and integrated into the outcomes of the project. If you or anyone in you know would be interested in individual social services, please share this survey link to obtain feedback.
Your voice will help shape programs that make a real difference!
Your feedback will help us and the City of Unley to create a tailored program that addresses your unique needs. We are committed to providing accessible ways for your voice to be heard, fostering inclusivity and meaningful participation throughout the process.
Please complete this short survey to help us understand what’s important to you!
If you would like to know more or be involved, please register your interest when filling out the survey.
Survey closes 11.59pm, Friday 26 September 2025.
