Development Plan Amendment - Local Heritage Places

The City of Unley has prepared a Development Plan Amendment (DPA) to address a review of existing heritage places and proposed inclusions of additional heritage places. The Development Plan Amendment affects places located across the Council area.
Changes to the Plan include:
Updated details of existing Local Heritage Places;
Proposed additional Local Heritage Places;
Removal of existing Local Heritage Places no longer meeting heritage criteria;
Amendments to tables and maps to reflect changes.
No policy changes in relation to how Local Heritage Places are to be managed have been proposed.

Arrange an appointment and speak with staff
The deadline for submissions was 5.00pm on Wednesday 3 April 2013.
Copies of all submissions received will be available for inspection at the Council office until the Public Meeting.
If you provided a submission, and indicated that you wish to speak at the Public Meeting, please note that it is to be held at 7.00pm on Wednesday 17 April 2013 at the Unley Civic Centre, Oxford Terrace, Unley. The public meeting may not be held if no submission indicates an interest in speaking at the public meeting.
