What the precinct looks like now
Centred around a local hub of established shops and services on Fullarton Road, the Highgate Village Precinct includes older dwellings and more recent townhouse developments. Fullarton Road is gradually transitioning to denser housing with limited landscaping and poor streetscape amenity.  

Looking Ahead
Promote improved design and landscaping with well-designed medium density housing along Fullarton Road, while revitalising the Highgate Village to help attract more services and residents, reinforcing the precinct as a well-connected and liveable local centre.
