Unley’s Draft 4 Year Delivery Plan (25/26 –28/29) outlines the big priorities, bold ideas, and key projects we’ll deliver to support our bold vision outlined in our Community Plan, Towards 2050 - to be a connected, progressive, and resilient City. Our ambition is clear, we strive for a future where our people and environment thrive, opportunities flourish, and our sense of community continues to strengthen.

This plan has been shaped by input from our community, staff, Elected Members, and key partners. Now, we want to hear from you.

What do you think of the Strategic Six?

As part of the above process, we identified six strategic priorities that will serve as a focus for annual budget planning and implementation over the next 4 years. We have called them our ‘Strategic Six’:

    • Unley Cultural Hub - a dynamic, central hub that celebrates heritage while supporting creativity and community connection.
    • Unley CityPLAN 2050 – how we want Unley to grow and change over the next 25 years.
    • Climate Action for a Sustainable Future - a commitment to lead the way to a greener, climate-ready Unley.
    • Transforming Waste Collections - implementing a weekly food organics and green organics collection.
    • Future Precinct Planning - shaping key precincts across Unley to create connected, thriving and sustainable places.
    • Improving Ridge Park and Goodwood Oval - major upgrades to create more inclusive, sustainable and modern spaces for everyone.

Do you support the proposed Actions?

The Actions in the Draft 4 Year Delivery Plan drive our efforts over the next four years, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality services and position our organisation for long-term success.

The actions are grouped under the same themes of the Community Plan Towards 2050:

  • Community - to build a welcoming, safe and inclusive community
  • Environment – to be green and sustainable
  • Economy – to be innovative and prosperous
  • Places & Spaces – to be a connected, accessible and vibrant City.
