    By responding to emails/ phone calls would be a start. And having communications staff contact details on the website. I have had no reply to numerous emails about publicising the Westbourne Park Primary School centenary that would be of interest to many former scholars and staff in the Unley area.Mitcham Council on the other hand have been brilliant at responding and providing avenues of publicising this COMMUNITY event through the Council

    Send information more targetted for my reason for being involved. I seem to get an overload of information that is not relevant to my community activity and so have to read through and spend time trying to sift out what is relevant.

    By advertising more effectively: e.g. article in Messenger; letter boxing areas affected by decision making; emails; electronic newsletter to people who register their interest.
