What does the Four Year Delivery Plan include and what does it do?

The Four Year Delivery Plan operationalises Council’s Community Plan 2033 by identifying strategies and key initiatives/priorities intended to achieve the goals set out in the Community Plan. It ensures that Council, its residents, local businesses and community groups are working together towards our long-term goals.

A detailed review of the Four Year Delivery Plan 2017-21 assessed the progress made against priority actions and identified those which had evolved into ongoing services. As part of the development of the Draft Four Year Delivery Plan 2021-25, key projects/initiatives for the next four-year period have been identified and documented.

The Draft Four Year Delivery Plan 2021-25 also includes updated information in a community profile snapshot, message from CEO, Elected Member details and relevant organisational information.

Please note, the Community Plan 2033 was endorsed by Council in 2016. A full review of that document is proposed after the next local government elections to be held in November 2022.
