We are seeking your feedback on the proposed issuing of a new licence agreement to B&M Glass, located at Charles Street in Unley.

B&M Glass have had a licence agreement for the use of a portion of Charles Walk, Unley (Drainage Reserve and shared path) that have allowed them rear access to their property since 2006. Prior to this, access by B&M Glass was undertaken via a dirt track along the southern side of the Council open drainage channel (for approximately 37 years).

B&M Glass have requested and Council are supportive of issuing a new licence under the same terms and conditions as the existing licence for a further 5 years.
